Snowfall in Perpetual Summer
Proposal for a snow globe inspired pavilion. 2.5m high water tank walls surround an area of 3m x 3m. The tanks are filled with a clear viscous liquid with white particles slowly folling down. Illuminated from the bottom of the tank, the particles appear to dance and flutter in mid-air. When photographing through the tanks, the proximity of the tank to the camera renders the particles as indistinct white blobs against the distant nightscape of Singapore's Marina Bay.
