Two rental homes with two stories above ground and one below. A large roof covers the cluster of rooms, which is surrounded by a metal screen, and a semi-outdoor space that is shielded from direct sun and rain. Both houses are similar in shape but one has a screen of black aluminum while the other is brass. By uplighting the screens, the outlines and boundaries of the homes becomes apparent. For the tenants's flexibility, the interior uses a spotlight system with manual dimmers.
